
Booking and Cancellation Policy
Reservation and Payment
We understand that plans can change. Our goal is to provide flexibility while maintaining the integrity of our promotions. Please review our cancellation policy carefully:
1. Full Refund if Cancelled Within 72 Hours - Guests may cancel their booking within 72 hours of purchase for a full refund of their payment.
2. Change of Travel Dates - Guests may change their travel dates without penalty, subject to hotel availability and program requirements.
3. Credit for Future Services - If unable to travel on the scheduled dates, guests may choose to apply their payment as a credit toward future bookings or services with Charleston Discount Attractions. Credit must be used within 12 months of the original booking date.
Promotion Qualifications
To take advantage of this special offer, guests must meet the following qualifications:

Be traveling with a spouse or significant other and both attend a 60-minute preview of our travel discount program

At least one traveler must be 35 years or older

Both travelers must present a legal ID and be residents of the United States of America

Present a major credit card (not a debit card). *No purchase is necessary.*

Have a combined annual household income of at least $50,000 or be retired.

Not be traveling in an RV or camper on this vacation.

Not currently be a member of a travel club.

No children under 7

Consequence for Not Meeting Qualifications
It is the guest's responsibility to ensure they meet the above qualifications before booking. If a guest books but does not qualify for the promotion, they will be responsible for paying the full face value cost of their travel directly to Charleston Discount Attractions. The full face value of the travel package will be calculated based on the standard rates of the partner hotel and additional associated costs. The payment will be due to Charleston Discount Attractions, as we cover the difference in travel costs with our partner hotels. No refunds or credits will be issued under these circumstances. By booking this promotional offer, you confirm that you meet all the qualifications and agree to the terms of this cancellation policy.
Booking Confirmation

Confirmation: Upon receipt of the deposit, you will receive a booking confirmation email with your itinerary and payment details.

Receipts: A receipt will be sent via text or email upon payment of the deposit and final payment.

Travel Documents: All travel documents, including tickets and vouchers, will be provided upon the traveler's arrival.
Hotel Policies

Hotel Policies: Please note that each hotel may have its own policies regarding check-in/check-out times, additional charges, and other regulations. It is the traveler's responsibility to review and comply with these policies. Detailed hotel policies will be provided along with the travel documents.
Changes and Modifications

Changes by the Traveler: Any changes to the booking requested by the traveler are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.

Changes by the Travel Club: If it becomes necessary for the travel club to make significant changes to the itinerary, travelers will be notified as soon as possible. Travelers may choose to accept the changes, select an alternative trip, or receive a full refund.
Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the cancellation request.
