Walking Tour- Approximately 90 minute guided history tour
More than just dates and facts, you will hear the true and fascinating stories behind the events that make up Charleston’s history. Your fearless tour guide will bring history alive while on a 1.5 mile route through the French Quarter and South of Broad Street.

You will hear stories of the courageous struggles and resilience of the early people of Charleston, including some famous American heroes and notorious villains, as they faced pirates, wars, sieges, fires, earthquakes, and hurricanes.

Please arrive 10 minutes early as to ensure you are checked in and the tour starts on time. The tour will conclude close to the meeting area.

Tours will operate rain or shine; however, they may be postponed in the event of dangerous weather.

Please wear comfortable shoes and bring water. It is highly recommended to wear sun screen in summer months.
